Adobe Summit 2023: a look at the latest Innovations in Adobe Experience Cloud

Last week Adobe unveiled a range of cutting-edge innovations at Summit 2023, the world's largest digital experience conference, aimed at helping businesses to drive experience-led growth. In particular, the company announced several new technologies that promise to redefine how businesses deliver customer experiences, empowering marketers to improve productivity, personalize digital experiences, and manage user content.

One of the critical innovations showcased at the Summit was Adobe Sensei Generative AI Services, a series of AI-powered tools that will be integrated natively into Adobe Experience Cloud. Sensei GenAI is designed to act as a co-pilot for marketers, offering complete creative control and trusted governance capabilities. Leveraging multiple large language models (LLMs), including Microsoft Azure OpenAI and FLAN-T5, Sensei GenAI promises to redefine how businesses deliver customer experiences.

Another exciting innovation unveiled at Summit was Adobe Firefly, a new family of creative AI models focused on generating images and text styles. Unlike other generative AI models, the content generated by Firefly will have real business value in commercial settings, as it doesn’t generate images based on artist-specific content or unlicensed IP from other people or brands. The model is trained primarily on hundreds of millions of professional-grade Adobe Stock images and other openly available content. This makes Firefly a powerful tool for businesses looking to generate safe, high-quality content that can be used for commercial purposes.

In addition to these AI innovations, Adobe announced a few more new technologies designed to streamline content workflows. For example - analytics capabilities in Adobe Experience Cloud are designed to unify customer journey insights across marketing and product. These capabilities will give teams focused on customer experiences a unified view of the customer, helping them to collaborate more seamlessly across the organization.

Finally, Adobe also unveiled a range of new content supply chain solutions designed to help businesses develop more content in less time. These solutions streamline collaboration and automate enterprise content workflows by connecting content planning, creation, review, distribution, and marketing tools. The new solution, which connects applications across Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud, is already being used by top brands, including Xfinity Creative.

Overall, the new technologies unveiled at Adobe Summit 2023 promise to change the e-commerce, enabling businesses to develop more personalized, engaging customer experiences. By empowering marketers to improve productivity, manage user consent, and generate safe, high-quality content, Adobe is helping businesses to differentiate their brands, build trust, and drive profitability in the digital economy.
